OVERVIEW

 

In the U.S., by the year 2020, the minority will become the majority. Most people will check "other" if the government keeps the exclusive checkbox system to categorize human. We decided to build a new identity system to better represent and connect people through employee on-boarding.

We want to create an on-boarding platform for companies who want to build welcoming and inclusive cultures from day one.

Systems

We use business model canvas to understand the product's value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances. Product-Service Ecology helped us understand how the data flows among platforms and users and how platforms interact with each other. We used conceptual model to translate the user’s mental model into interfaces.
